Avocado Toast with Boiled Egg

Ingredients:

 1 slice of bread
 1 ripe avocado
  2 eggs
  Salt and pepper to taste
 Pine nuts (optional)
  Red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions:

Boil the eggs: Place the eggs in a saucepan with cold water. Bring the water to a boil over high heat. Once boiling, cover the saucepan and turn off the heat. Let the eggs sit in the hot water for
6-7 minutes for soft-boiled eggs, or 10-12 minutes for hard-boiled eggs. Once the eggs have cooled enough to handle, peel and slice them in half.
Prepare the avocado: While the eggs are boiling, mash the avocado in a small bowl. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Toast the bread: Toast the slice of bread until golden brown.
Assemble the toast: Spread the mashed avocado on the toasted bread. Top with the sliced boiled eggs.
Garnish: Sprinkle pine nuts and red pepper flakes on the toast, if desired.
Serve: Serve the avocado toast with boiled eggs immediately.

Notes:

You can use any type of bread you like.
You can add other toppings to your avocado toast, such as tomatoes, cucumbers, or feta cheese.
You can use fried eggs instead of boiled eggs.
