  • A quick and protein-packed breakfast (or anytime) option.
















    • Ingredients:
      • 2 eggs
      • 1 tablespoon milk or water
      • Salt and pepper to taste
      • Optional: Chopped vegetables (spinach, bell peppers), shredded cheese


















  • Instructions:
    • Whisk eggs, milk/water, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
    • Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat.
    • Pour in the egg mixture and cook, stirring occasionally, until scrambled.
    • Add optional ingredients as desired.
