Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef or Italian sausage
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1 (15 oz) can diced tomatoes, drained
- 1/2 cup tomato paste
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- Toppings: pepperoni, olives, etc.
- Brown ground beef or sausage in a large skillet. Drain excess fat.
- Add bell pepper, onion, and mushrooms. Cook until softened.
- Stir in diced tomatoes, tomato paste, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Top with mozzarella cheese and desired toppings.
- Cover and cook until cheese is melted.
