Protein Pudding

 





  • This is a super simple, customizable dessert that's perfect for a post-workout treat or a healthy evening snack.
















  • Ingredients:
    • 1 cup Greek yogurt (plain or flavored)
    • 1/2 cup protein powder (vanilla, chocolate, or your favorite flavor)
    • Optional: Sweetener (stevia, honey, maple syrup), cocoa powder, fruit, nuts


















  • Instructions:
    • In a bowl, combine Greek yogurt and protein powder.
    • Mix well until smooth and creamy.
    • Add sweetener or other flavorings as desired.
    • Top with fruit, nuts, or a sprinkle of cocoa powder.
    • This can be made very quickly, and the texture is very similar to store bought pudding.
